In oonsideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable ooiuideration which
I/we have reaeived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you ~d your wccessors an easement
fw the oonstruction, operation a~d maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
oond~ts and appurtenant equipment) to be installed f~om time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add- :
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of oonduits, wires or °
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees,.brush and undergrowth or other
