QUIT CLAIM DEID ~
STANLEY HOME PRODUCTS, INC., a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the
Quitclaimor, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar
received from EDWARD MILLSR~AND SON, INC., a Florida corporation,
the Quitclaimee, whose mailing address is P. O. Drawer 837, Stuart,
Florida, hereby, on this ~day of ~ a , 1973, quit
claim to the Quitclaimee all of the interest f the Quitclaimor in
the real property in Martin County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel 1:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section l,
Township 38 South, Range 40 East, lying North of
Bessey Creek, also known as Crane Creek, together
with all riparian rights thereunto belonging or
•in anywise appertaining; less rights of way for
public roads and easement to Florida Power & Light
Co.

Government Lot 7, Section 6, Township 38 South,
Range 41 East, together with all riparian rights
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
Parcel 3:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 31, Township

as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest
