This deed is given to remove all restrictions and limitations
imposed by the Grantor in that certain Warranty Deed dated June 9,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 93, Page 387, Martin County, Florida,
public records.
TO I~+?VE AND TO HOIa the same, together with all and singular
the.appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever
of the said Quitclaimor, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said Quitclaimee.

instrument to be executed by its authorized officers and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed the day and year first above
