QUIT CLAIM DEED
MICHAEL LAZOR and RUBY LAZOR, his wife, EDWARD F.MILLER and ,
LOUISE MILLER, his wife,_and EDWARD W. MILLER and RUBY MILLER, his
wife, Quitclaimors in consideration of the sum of One (I.00) Do11ar '
received from EDWARD MILLER AND SON, INC., a Florida corporation, the ~

hereby on this 31 day of May , 1973, quit claim to the Quitclaimee ~
a~l of the interest of the Quitclaimors in the real property in j
Martin County, Florida, described as follows: -
Parcel 1:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1,
Township 38 South, Range 40 East, lying North of
Bessey Creek, also known as Crane Creek, together
with all riparian rights thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining; less rights of way for
public roads and easement to Florida Power & Light
Company.
Parcel 2:
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 31, Township
37 South, Range-41 East, more particularly described
as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest
corner of Section 31, Township 37 South, Range 41 - 4
East; thence run North 00°49' East 641.2 9 feet to a ~
point; thence run North 89°15'25" East 91.80 fee~ to
a point; thence run North 81°39' East 252.6 feet
to the shoreline of the St. Lucie River; thence
meander said shoreline Southerly.to the point of
intersection with the South line of said Section
