EASEMENT DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 30th day of May, 1973, between ~
PIPER'S LANDING, INC., a Florida corporation, of the County of
Martin, State of Florida, Party of the First Part, and MICHAEL
LAZOR and RUBY LAZOR, his wife, and IDWARD MILLER AND SON, INC.,
a Florida corporation, of P. O. Drawer 837, Stuart, Florida,
Parties of the Second Part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said Party of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, to him in
hand paid by the said Parties of the Second Part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, successors
and assigns forever, the following described land, to-wit: -
A perpetual easement in common with others for
I! the benefit of Parcel "A" and Parcel "B" over and
' upon existing roads and bridges located on Parcels
~ 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5(all of said Parcels being more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof for~all purposes) as
the same now provide direct access to Par~els A
~ and B.
And the Party of the First Part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the ~
