22. Mortgagor acknowledges that every agreement and undertaking made or executed
on behalf of Mnrtgagee by one or nare Trustees, Officers or Nominees of said
Mortgagee is sa done in such capacity and not individually and that this
mortgage, the mortgage note executed herewith and other loan documents shall
not be binding upon any Trusteea, Shareholders, Officers or Nominees of the
Mortgagee personally, but binding only upon the Trust Estate of rtortgagee.
The covenanCS herein contained shall bind, and the benefi~s and advantages
shall inure to, the respective successors and assigns of the parties hereto. When-
ever used, the singular number shall include the plural and the plural~ the singular. ,
