annual priricipal payment due under the terms of said NoCe and Mortgage
for construction monies utilized to build model apartments, recreational
facilities, hotel, restaurant and pro3ect sales facilities. The amount
of the land sub3ect to MILLER'S Mortgage to be subordinated to the lien
of such Mortgage created for the benefit of WISCONSIN shall in no event
exceed a ratio of 4 square feet for each square foot of building
constructed. Ingress and egress from a public right-of-way to subordinated
areas over and upon existing roads or by the most direct and reasonable
route shall be assured to WISCONSIN by MILLER.
S. This~Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have caused this instrument
to be executed and the respective corporate seals affixed hereto by their
authorized officers the day and year first above written.
