Parcel 1: The West one-half (1/2) of thz Northeast one-quarter (1/4)
of Section 1, Township 38 South, Range 40 East, lying North of the
ori~inal channel of Bessey Creek. Less road rights of way and rights
of way for C-23 Canal. Said parcel containing approximately g3.80
acres, and beir_~ in i~iartin County, Florida.
Parcel 2: The East one-half (1/2) of the Northeast one-quarter (1/41
of Section 1, Township 38 South, Range 40 East, lying North of the
original cliannel of Bessey Creek. Less road rights of way for C-23
Canal. Sa3:d parcel containing approximately 44.80 acres, and being
in Martin County, Florida. .
Parcel 3: A part of Government Lot 3, Section 31, Township 37 South,
Rang East, and being degcribed as follows: Beginning at the
Southwest corner of said Section 31, (1) Thence run North 0°49'00"
East along the West line of Section 31 for a distance of 641.29 feet
to a point. (2) Thence run North 89°15'25" East for a distance of
91.80 feet to a point. (3) Thence proceed South 8°21'00"-East for a
distance of 100 feet to a point. (4) Thence proceed North 81°39'00"
East for a distance of 252 feet, more or less-, to the Westerly
shoreline of the St. Lucie River. (5) Thence meander Southerly along
the Westerly shoreline of the St. Lucie River to the point of inter-
section with the South line of said Section 31. (6) Thence proceed
Westerly alongthe South line of said Section 31 for a distance of
460 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of said Section 31
and the point or place of beginning. Said parcel containing approxi-
mately 5.20 acres, and being in Martin County, Florida.
