ORDER DIRECTING FINAI. DISTRIBUTION AND
AUTHORIZING DISCHARGE
The Petition of Evelyn M. Dyer as Executrix of the
Last Will and Testament of Gene.T. Dyer, Deceased, coming on
this day to be heard for an Order authorizing final distribution
and discharge, and it appearing that said Executrix has faith-
fully administered the estate and the Will of her decedent,
and has accounted to this Court for all the assets of said
estate, and performed all other acts necessary and proper in
the administration of said Will and estate, and it appearing `
. that the Waiver and Consent of the sole residuary beneficiary
waiving the filing of accountings and the publication of notice
and consenting to the entry of an appropriate order is attached

to the Petition and said Executrix is entitled to a discharge
upon making final distribution; and there being no objections
filed herein and the Court being fully advised; it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Evelyn M. Dyer ,

as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Gene T. Dyer, `
Deceased, is hereby directed to make final distribution of the
assets remaining in her hands to Evelyn M. Dyer, individually,
the sole beneficiary under the Will of the decendent, and that
upon filing evidence satisfactory to this Court showing-.that ~
