B. This dir~ction ahall not postpone the distribution
of the Trust ~state rer:~aining a+~ settlor' a death as provided
herein, but th~s Trustae sha21 have the right to withhold such
an aoount as the Trustee, in t1~s Truatee`s diecretion, a~ay dee~
f nec•as~ry to pay in tull said debte, expenees, coets and taxes.
