Homes Corporation, Kingsberry Homes, and Boise Cascade Manufactured
Housing Group, said attorney's address for service of process being
Post Office Box 1000, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, and that in
pursuance of a contract with Stephen J. Boyce, Stephen J. Boyce,
Inc., and Stephen J. Boyce d.b.a. Homemakers of Martin County,
lienor furnished labor, services or materials consisting of Model
A 11-14 Ringsberry House on the following described real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 24, Block 372 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 13, a
subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 4 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
said property owned by Frank R. Drovie, Sr., and Louise R. Drovie,
his wife af a total value.of $8,092.88, of which there remains unpaid
$8,092.88 and furnished the first of the same on March 23, 1973, and
the last of the same on the same_ date, and that the lienor
served his notice to owner on June 1, 1973, by certified mail.
