COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Re: A five-foot strip of land 50 feet long lying adjacent to the
rear line of Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, ANGLEVILLA SUBDIVISION,
As recorded in Plat Book 9, page 15, St. Lucie County, Florida
public records, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginninq at the corner common to Lots 4, 5, 12 and 13, '
Block 2, run Southeasterly alonq the rear lot line of said
Lot 5, 25 feet;.thence run Northeasterly parallel with the
Northwesterly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 5 feet;
thence Northwesterly 50 feet parallel with the rear lot
line of said Lots 4 and 5; thence Southwesterly parallel
' with the Southeasterly li,ne of said Lot 4 a distance of
5 feet; thence Southeasterly along the rear lines of
Lots 4 and 5 a distance of 50 feet to the point of
beginning; the above described property being in a six-foot
utility easement. -
• BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Lucille P. Schrody who upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:

1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of `

George F. Schrody who departed this life on July 9, 1972.
2. That she and the said George F. Schrody were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed ~

by Helen Behrens, recorded in O.R. Book 187, page 305 of the t

public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above ~
; described real property was conveyed.

~ 3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
she was married to the said George F. Schrody and that said
marital relationship continued•without interruption until the
death of the said George F. Schrody.
