-THIS AGREF~lENT, made and entered into by and between J. T. STES•JAE~
MO~GAGE C(~1PANY, INC.. a Florida corporation, mortgagee and Nortense D. Hud$on
and her son David 1~. 1lnderson, YII mortgagors.
' WE~REAS, the parties hereto under date of ~ober 9, 1972 entered unto a
certain mortgage note and mortqaqe aqreement, which was recorded in Official
•Iaecord Hook 208 , page 832 of the Public Aecords of St. Iucie .
County, Florida, beidg described as follows:

WAEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the i
tenas and provisions o£ said Mortgaqe in order that it may set forth the ~

true, complete and intended aqreement between the parties:
Na+l, TF~REFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day
of ~1pri1, 1973 and the final monthly paymen~ is shown.to be due
on or before the first day of March, 1998 , Mortgagors and Mortgagee
are desirous of amendinq the first paytaent due date to JuYv 2. 1973

and araendinq the final payment due date to June 1, 1998 at
. which time the entire outstandinq remaining principal balance shall be paid
in full.
Except as hereby expressly madified, all the terms, covenants, conditions
and provisions or" the note and mortgage dated 4ctober 9, 1972 , shall
remai.n in full force and effect.
This aqreeaent shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
paities hereta, theix respective successors, heirs and assigtis.
