! recorded Deed described the property as partially being in "the

description of that portion of the property should be "the East 1/2 of
j the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4", and to correct the reference
to a mortgage which was actually recor~ed in St . Lucie County rather
than Indian River County .
