Being the same premises conveyed to Mariana Bocchieri by
deed from Merryweather Investment Co., Inc., a corporation existing
under the laws of Florida, dated sanuary 12, 1971, and recorded on
~nuary 25, 1971, in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk of St. ;
Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 189, at Page 2292,:
as tnstrument No. 203729.

The Grantors now convey their interest in the 3foresa~ld
premises to the Grantees for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) as
an expression of their love and affection for said Grantees.
; TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
` ' tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaininq.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
