Luc ie County. Florida. described on schedule "A" hereunto attached and
made a part hereof, and to the successors in title to the grantee(s) of such
deeds.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in aRywise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest. lien equity. right of dower. and claim
whatsoever of the undersigned disclaiming parties. either in law or equity,
to the grantee(s) named in said deeds, and to their successors in title, forever.
