RE: That part of the We$t 260 feet of the East 1060 feet of: South 1/ 2 of
Outlot ? and North 1/ 4 of Outlot 8, according to the plat of White City, as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 21, public records of St Lucie County, Florida, said Lote lyiag
and being in East 1/2 of SE; of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, which
lies South of the following described line: COMMENCING at the SE corner of the
above-described land, and on West right of way of Oleander Avenue, run thence North
along the W.eat right of way line of Oleander Avenue, . a distance of 131. 25 feet for the
point of.begintiing; run thence West at 90 degree~angle with right of way of Oleander
Avenue and parallel with the South boundary of the above desc~ibed land 910 feet;
run thence Southwesterly to a point which is 20 feet North of the South boundary of •
said land and 1060 feet West of the East boundary of said laad; continue West parallel
with and at a diatance of 20 feet from the South bouadary of the above described land ~
to the East right of way of Citrus Avenue. The same besing Lota 25 and 26 and portion of
street immediately adjacent thereto as shown on survey by J. W. Whitice filed for

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
PARTICK LANGEL, who, upon being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. Affiant of his own personal knowledge can state that he ~is
personally familiar with the individuals Coston Lawson and Linda C. Lawson, his
wife, and Rodney D. Barton and Barbara Barton, his wife, who appear respectively
as grantors and grantees in those certain Warranty Deeds both dated April ~4, 19?2,
recorded OR~ Book 201, pages 20 and 21, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
F1a. , wherein the consideration for said conveyances was reflected as "love and
affection".
2. Affiant further states that Linda Lawson, one of the above
referenced grantors, is blood related to Rodney D. Barton, the former being the ~
neice of the latter. ~
