AMENDIKENT TO IdORTGAGg
_ On July 5, 1972, J. L. TAYLOR, SR., and DORIS W. TAYIAR,
his wife, gave a mortgage to JAMES W. TAYLOR and $UNIC$ TAYLOR,
his wife, recorded in Official Records Book 203, Page 2904, St.
. Lucie Couaty, Florida, public records.
Subsequent to the eaecution of said mortgage, it became
necessary for several property owners in that area to give quit-
claim deeds in order to straighten out certaia boundary problems.
As a result of these quit -claim deeds, a portion of the property
covered by said mortgage has now been conveyed to other parties
and the mortgagees therein have acquired additional land~in
place of the land conveyed by them. -
The parties are noW des3rous of conforming said mort-
gage to the lands they presently own.
NO~Ii, T~RSFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual
promises made herein, and $1.00 and other valuable consideratioas
paid to JA~S W. TAYLOR and SUNICS TAYLOIt, his wife, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties do hereby amend the
description of the real estate covered by said mortgage to read
as follows: ~
Lot 5, (less the Nor-th 30 feet thereof) and the
North 30 feet of Lot 6, RIVSRSIDS SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof filed in Plat Book 4, Page
50, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
The above 30 foot references are measured from
North to South between parallel Iines and are
aot measured along the railroad, highway or
j river front.

~ Highway, now knoWn as Tndian River Drive.

4 The said JA~ES W. TAYLOB aad SUNICI: TAYIAR, his wife,

do hereby release all claim under said mortgage to the North 30
, feet of said Lot 5.

The mortgagees, JAMES W. TAYLOR and-EUNICE TAYLOR, have
signed tke aubordination of the above described mortgage, sub-

ordinating it to a certain mortgage from JOHNNIE LEON TAYLOR, SR.
