TOGETHER with a!I structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all ~ents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing deuription and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other hesting,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, ptumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said prcmises, even tFwuyh they

IT IS /'AUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by fhis mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount ot i~debtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
ro time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed rhe maximum principal sum of ~
36 ~ 800 . 00 together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the
payment of taxes, levies, or insuronce on the property aovered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse-
ments at the rate specified in the note referred to in this morigage, and for reasonable attwney's fees and court costs
+ncurred in the collection of any or all of wch sums of money.
