V~'HEREAS. by instrument dated ~ , 321
CORPORATION sold the above describe real property to CORY, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to mutually cancel the aforesaid
LEASE dated November 17, 1961, and the aforesaid ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
dated March 15, 1966,
• NOW, THERiFORE, the parties hereto in consideration of the payment
by EXXON of $5, 000. 00 payable jointly to STEIL and CORY, and in further
consideration of the mutual covenants and benefits accruing to and from each
,
party hereto, the parties hereby agree as follows;
1. That the aforementioned LEASE dated November 1?, 1961,
is hereby cancelled by mutual agreement, each party reserving
to itself all rights under said LEASE prior to the effective
date hereof .
2. The aforesaid ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE dated March 15,
1966, is hereby cancelled by mutual agreement, each party
reserving to itself all rights under said ASSIGNMENT prior
