cor~stitute a waiver on the part of the lienor, DIXIE METAL PROOUCTS, INC. to
retnstate this 1Sen for balances due under said claio of lien if the sasie is ~
not paid pursuant to that certain contract entered into tietMeen VAN COT~-FER6USON
& CROFT and this lienor, DIXIE METAL PRODUCTS, INC. That certain contract
provided for the payment of the balance claimed under the clai~o of ~ien together
with other monies conditioned upon the perforwance of certain acts by the lienar.
DIXIE METAL PRODUCTS, INC. reserves all its rights to refile the claim of lien ~
for the balance owed or for monies to be owed and not paid for future furnished
; labor, services or materials should the saa~e not be paid according to tt~e
