PERSONALLY APPEARED, before me the undersigned authority,
MAURICE FLAM, who, upon oath, deposes and says;
1. I am an attorney-at-law practicing in the State of
New York.
2. I had known David Siegel and Carrie Siegel, who
were connected to the title o£ the following described property:

Lots 9 through 16, Block 3, MODEL LAND COMPANY'S 4
SUBDIVISION of Section 25, Township 36 Sou~h,
Range 40 East, according to the Plat thereof, as '
recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 41, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less all
rights-of-way for public roads, drainage canals,
and public utilities.
3. I know of my own knowledge- that David Siegel and
Carrie SiegeZ were continuously married to each other from January
10, 1958 until David's death on September 6, 1959.
