Starting at the northeast corner of the property in Section 22,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
point being the south right of way line of Florida East Coast
Railroad and also the point of beginning of Phase III of Pleasure
Cove Mobile Home Park.
From the point of beginning, run on a bearing of South 26°43'40"
East along the west property 1ine, a distance of 467 feet, plus or
minus, ta a point on the co~mnon Iot line between lots $ and 9 of
J Block ~~3; thence run South 63°16'20" West along the lot line, a
distance of 130 feet to a point on the centerline of East Street;
thence run North 26°43'40" East along the cEaterline of said East
Street a distance of ZO feet, plus or minus, to a point; thence run
