In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of etectric utility facilities (inctuding wires, ~is, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconsiruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of thetn; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cabfes of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions thai mighi endanger or interfere with said facilities, ew, over, epsw ~r, and across my/ou~ pro-
perty described as follows:
