conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with ihe right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attxhment of conduits, wi~es or
cables of a~y other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bn~sh and undergrowth or other
obstructions ihai might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/ou~ pro-
perty described as follows:
