by and between TRUDY IWANCZUK, herea£ter called the Wife, and
MECFiA~L IWANCZUK, hereafter called the I3usband,
W I T N E S S E T H: '
The parties are Husband and Wife. They were married on
the llth day of November, 1951, at Manchester, England. No issue
was born as of this marriage.
In consequence of disputes and irreconcilable differences,
the parties have separated and are now living apart. In view of
their intention to continue to live apart for the rest of their
natural lives, they desire to settle their respecj:ive property
rights and to agree on support provisions for the Wife.
TI~REFORE, the parties agree: .

1. SEPARATION. The parties shall at all times hereafter
continue to live separate and apart, free from interference by each
other. Each party may reside at the place or places he or she may

select.

2. DIVISION OF PROPERTY. The Husband shall receive as his
own, separate and individual property the following: i
A) One acre land and house in Canada described as:
Plan 634, Lot 17, Darlington Towhnship, Darlington,
Canada.
B) Lot 10, Woodbine Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book ~
Page~~, of the Public Records of St. Lucie ~

County, Florida. ;
C) That First Mortgage given by Andre Cote with payments of
$70.00 monthly made to: Caisse Populaire de Chelnsford :
Limitee, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. _
