Sudbury and Lot # 3 on the Southside of Main Street as
laid down on Plan 23 filed in the office of Land-Titles
at Sault St. Marie; now at Sudbury being a subdivision
of part of the west half of Lot 2 in the Third concession
of the Township of Balfou.-
The Wife shall receive as her own, separate and individual
property the following:
. A) 1502 Avenue B, Blk B, Lot 1, Killers Subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 50 of the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
B) 604 South 6th Street, Blk 2, Nortlz 45 feet of Lot 3 and
South 25 feet of Lot 4, and west 8 feet of vacated alley adj-
aining on East Killers Subdivision.
C) Being all of Lot 11, Blk D according to plat entitled
"Section 2 Revised, Pinecrest Subdivision, Raleigh, North
Carolina, dated March 23, ~959, prepared by J. L.
Castleberry, Jr. Registered Engineer, and recorded in Book
of Maps 1959, at page 367, Wake County Registry.
D) S~ of Lot 14, and all of Lot 15, Blk 6, Floriana Park

; Each party agrees to execute all documents necessary to

the transfer thereof and each party shall pay all taxes. insurance,
; repairs, mortgages payments thereon.

' 3. MUTUAL RELEASE. Except as otherwise provided in this

; Agreement, each party releases the other from all claims or demands

~ up to the date of the execution of this Agreement. Except as otherwise

~ provided, each party waives, releases and relinquishes all rights

~ that he or she may now have or may hereafter acquire as the oth~r
~
` party's spouse under the present or future laws of any jurisdiction.

' a. to elect to take any will or codicil of the other party ~
now or hereafter in force;
~ b. to share in the other party's estate; and
} c, to act as executor or administrator of the other party's
estate.
