Thot the party of the first part in consideration of one dollar ond other good and valuable consid- j
erations to it paid by the porties of the second port, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces
hereby gront, borgoio, sell and convey to the soid parties oF the second part, their heirs and assigns,
the rights of interment in the lot or (ots of land to be used solely as a ploce of buriol for human re-
mains, in the cemetery called Hillcrest Memorio) Gardens, situoted on U. S. Highway 1, County of St.
Lucie, Stote of Ftorida, which lot or lots are described on the Moster Plon in the executive ofiices of
Hillcrest Memorial Gordens, and therein designated as follows:
Lot No. 56 Unit No. 4A-4B Section TV
In Garden of Devotion _

Containing two adult interment spaces accord~ng to the maps and plots of said
cemetery, on file in the office of the undersigned corporation.
To huve and to hold the. above gronted rights of interment in soid premises to said partie9 of t6e'--- ~
second part, their heirs and assigns forever; subject, however, to the conditions and restrictions co~- ~
~ tained in the Rules and Regulotions ~ow in effect, or which may hereafter be imposed upon the use of
` rights of interment in said lot or lots of lond by Rules and Regulations hereafter to be adopted by the
~ executive officers of said party of the first part.

~ Md the soid porty of the first port hereby covenants thot for the purpose of general care and main-
~ taining the said Hillcrest Memoriol Gardens in good condition, it has set aside a certain fund now ~
~ deposited in the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK TRUST DEPARTMENT, FT. PIERCE, FLORIDA, sub-
ject that party of the first port reserves the right to change soid depository, and thot 46.50
~ Dollors paid by the orig+nal purchasers of these interment rights, in accordance with the Contract of
~ Purchase, has been deposited by the party of the first part in said fund_ The net income arising from ,
~ i the principal of such Trust Fund shall be used to the extent that such income is ovailable, for main-
~ I-, tenonce and overhead; maintaining ond replacing fences, roodways and walks; drains und wate~ sys- 3
~ ' tems; trees, shrubs, borders and lots; tools, mochinery and equipment; buildings, statues ond struc-
~ ~ tures; insurance coverage of all kinds; ownership and buria) records; odminisirotive services properly
i applicable to the operations of the property ond other necessory appurtenonces ond services at reos-
~ I-~ onable intervals and proportions, the allocations of which, out of the funds available, shall be in the
~ discretion of the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens_ This shall not include care or mointenance of any
~ Bronze Memorial.
