WARRANTY DEED ,
THIS INDENTURE, made this 6th day of June, 1973,
between WILLIAM F. and BONITA G. SAMPSON, his wife, HOWARD W.
and ~LEN D. SA~PSON, his wife, and EMERSON G. and IRIS T. SAMPSON,
his wife, of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, grantor,
and ROY I. ANDERSEN and MARIE IAUISE ANDERSEN, his wife, whose

WITNESSETH, that said grantor, for and in consideration
