from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom, and are
~ hereby decreed to be divorced a vinculo matrimonii._
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED
that the custody of KIM CADY and AMY CADY, children of
the parties hereto, be, and the same is_hereby awarded to
the Plaintiff, MARY D. CADY, but that the Defendant, NAI.
B. CADY, shall be permitted to visit said children at
reasonable times wherever said children may live or be.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED

that the Agreement between the parties hereto, dated May
19, 1960, which has been received and f iled in evidence as
; Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 1, be, and the same is hereby,

i approved and confiraned and made a part and parcel of this

~ Final Decree as though fully set out herein, and that said

~ Agreement be recorded immediately following the recording
~ of this Final Decree.

~ ZT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that

~ the Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
~ entry of such other and further orders as may be required
