WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made and executed the 8~ day of
June, 1973, by SUNSHINE OF ST. LUCIE, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion, 3901 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, herein-
after called GRANTOR, to TH~ODORE F. NESTER, a single adult, JOHI~T
NESTER, a single adult, and OLGA S. NESTER, a single adult, 3309
Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called
GRANTEE:
