This cause coming on regularly for trial upon the Complaint
and Answer filed herein and the Court, having heard and considered
j the evidence introduced by the parties hereto, t~he pleadings herein

~ and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:

~ 1. That the mortgage sought to be foreclosed is a purchase

~ money mortgage given by the Defendants to the Plaintiffs on the 12th
~ day of May, 1969;
2. That suit to foreclose was filed on the 28th day of
~ April, 1972;
3. That the grounds for foreclosure are that the mortqa- #

~ gors (Defendants) failed to pay a quarterly premium on an insurance

~ policy, on the date due, in the amount of $24.90 and that said mortga- '

~ gors allowed deterioration of improvements located on the mortgaged f
