TfiIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE
The East 1/2 of NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 less and excepting the North
102 feet thereof of Section 28, Tawnship 34 South, Range 39 East,
The SW 1/4; The W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, less and excepting the North 110 feet
thereof, Section 27, Taanship 34 South, Range 39 East, and subject
to rights of way for public roads and drainage canals,
Together with an easement over the South 60 feet of the Narth 102
feet of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, and the South 60 feet of the North 116 feet of the
following:

IIpon the principal payment of $33,375 together with interest due on i
January 5, 1974, being paid by Mortgagors to Mortgagee, the Mortgage ~
shall-i.mmediately execute and deliver to Mortgagors a Partial Releas
of this Mortgage as to the following lands situate and.lying in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
The W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 28,
Zbwnship 34 South, Range 39 East.
Further,-provided the Mortgagors shall not be in default, the
Mortgagors shall be entitled to a Partial Release fran this mortgage
of a Ten (10) acre tract~of the above described real property for
each $10,000 payment made by Mortgagors to Mortgagee on account of
principal payments. The first Ten (10) acre tract shall be
contiguous to the above mentioned previously released tract with
each of such subsequent released tracts to be contiguous to each ;
other. The Mortgagee reserves the right of way across the released
.tracts of land for legal access to the unreleased tracts fram this ;
Mortgage in the event of mortgage foreclosure; the Thirty (30) acres ;
adjacent to Johnson Road shall not be released from this M~ortgage '
until same shall be paid in full. In the computation of a Ten (10)
acre tract, easements for right of way shall be included.
