2. Th~t she and~the said Ivery Lee Hopkins were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveysiuc~ executed by Hallaark
Construction Coapany of Flozida to Ivery L. Hopkins and Willie Mae
Nopkins, his wife dated December 2, 1970, and recorded in O. R.
Book 189 at Page 119, ot the P ublic Records of St. I.ucie County~
F'lor ida .
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she
~as narried to the said Ivery Lse Hopkins and tbat said aarital relation-
ship continued nithout interruption u~til the deatb of the said Ivery ~
Lee Hapkins.
4. That upon his death, the said 2very Lee Hopkins owned
