same real property, dated April 17~ 1973, recorded in O. L3ook 2I3~ page 770, ~
securing a promissory note thezPin described, and a third mort~a~e encumbering the

a promissory note therein described~ the same having a baZance due this date in the

WHEREAS, the parties he~eto for mutual considerations wish to (consolidate said indebtedness and) revise the terms ?
~f payment thereof;
THEREFORE, IT IS AGREEO that the unpaid balanee of said indebtedness(es) upon the date of this Ag~eement is
; 231088.81 , and that the undersigned hereby promises to pey said amount, with interest at the rate stated
