EDDY, his wife, did on May 15, 1973 make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 214 at page 1653 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: Apartment No. 101 of the COLONNADES CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, according to the Declaration_of Condominium recorded in O. It. Book 211, page 6, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, together with an undivided interest in the . common elements and limited common elements thereof. as security for an original principal debt of $10,000.00 evidenced by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said mortgage deed; and WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in said mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and m4rtgagee have mutually agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error in description; NOW, THEREF'ORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and - promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to the other paid, PAUL D. EDDY and ISABEL R. EDDY, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE; hereinafter called the Mortgagee, agree as follows: 1. That the mortgage deed dated May Z5, 1973 and recorded in O. R. Book 214 at page ~653 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage shall be as follows: - Apartment No. II (101) of the COLONNADES CONDOMII~IUM ~ NO. 7, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 2II, page 6, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof. 2. That the above description as set forth in Paragraph > ; 1 above is hereby and herewith made a part of said m4rtgage as though ~ ~ it had been originally described and incorporated the'rein. i ' 3.
