CONVEY CORPOR,ATE PROPERTY

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments, personally
appeared Arthur DRarland and Elsie Marland who, after first being duly sworn,
depose and say that they know of their own personal knowledge tnat Indian River
Builders, Inc., was legally dissolved as a corporation_existing under the laws
of the State ~of Florida on ;
that they know of their own personal knowledge that they constitute all of the
members of the Board of Directors of Indian River Builders, Inc. , at the time
of the aforementioned dissolution; that pursuant to F. S. 608, 30 they executed ~
a deed as all of the surviving trustees and directors of Indian River Builders, Inc. , ~
a dissolved Florida corporation, on thelOth day of April, 1973, and conveying ~
the following-described real property:

ship 35 Soutn, Range 39 East, run thence East parallel with the Nortn Iiae of the
SEg of the NE4 of the SE4 385. 6 feet to a point; thence turn and run South parallel

ning; thence turn and run East parallel with the North line 125 feet to a point;
thence turn and run South parallel with the East line 128 feet to a point;
thence turn and run West parallel wath said North line 125 feet to a point; thence
turn and run North parallel with said East line 128 feet to the point of beginning; ~
said tract also known as Lots 15 and 16 of an unrecorded survey of the SEg of f
