ASSIGPIlrIENT OF CONTRACT
.KNOW ALL MEN BY TI~SE PRESENTS ;
That I, LUCY JANE ROGERS, a single adult, Pa~ of the
First Part, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, received fram or on behalf
of G. B. WALTERS and ALLIECE WALTERS, Husband and Wife, 507
North 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, Parties of
the Second Part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said parties of the second part that certain Agreement
for Deed bearing date the lst day of December 1966, made by
JACK L. ROGERS and LUCY JANE ROGERS, his wife, in favor of
WILLIAM LLOYD HUNTER and SARAH BESSIE HUNTER, his wife, 436
North 38th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and recorded in
Official Records Book 175, at Pages 318-319, Public Records

of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described f

piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County ~
