Range 41 East, described as follows:
A triangular parcel , bounded on the North by Lot 2, Block 18 , of said
SURFSIDE, UNIT TWO. as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page ~
8, of the Public Records of St . Lucie County , Florida; on the East by
said South Ocean Drive; and on the South by the North line of Government
Lot 3, Section Township 35 South, ftange 41 East. .
SUBJECT to taxes for the year 1972 and subsequent years , zoning ordinances
and all conditions , restrictions , limitations , reservations , easements of record ,
if any , it not being the intent of the grantor to re-impose the same. Subject
