singular and/or plural, and the masculi~e and/or feminine and the natu~al and/or anificial persons, wher~eve~ and
wherever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COAAMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing u~der the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which teim as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, (egal representa-

WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consioerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate k

bargain, sell, alien, ~emise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following deuribed
real estate, of which ihe Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the County of
St. LuCie , State of Florida, tawit:

South, Range 40 East, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described
property, to-wit:
Begin at the Southeast corner of said Sot~thwest 1/4 of the South-
west 1/4 of Section 30, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, thence
run along the_ South line of said Southwest-1/4 of the Southwest 1/4,
333 feet to a point; thence run North to a stake~on the North line !
of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, which stake is 331.2 ;
feet West of the Northeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the South- ;

= IT IS IAUTUALLY COVENANTED AN'J AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Morr-

~ fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured he~eby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
iurther advances, with ~nterest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then

ments at the rate specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attomey's fees and court costs
