Mortgagors, and RAY E. STANI,EY and IOLA B. STANLEY, his wife, ~

modify bq~reduciag ipterest .rate oa the mortgage aad aote, this
mortgage is pledged againat Lota 10, 11, 12 aad 13 ADAMS SUBDIVISION,
according to Plat tt~ereof ia Plat Book 14, Page 57 of tbe Public .
Recorda of Saint Zucie County, Florida. The mortgage aad note are
recorded in O.R. Book 189, Page 1061 aad 1062 of tbe Publie Records
of St. Zucie County, Florida. This mortgage beiag in the original
amouat of SI%TY THOIISAND DOZI~ARS (~60,000.00) and with an interest
rate of 8q6 per annum is permanently modified and reduced as follows:
The balaace due on this mortgage as o~ this date is FIFTY-SIX
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOIIR DOLI,ARS and FIFTY-FIYE CENTS
(#56,874.55). This mortgage shall henceforth bear interest at 7~g6
