Leaeor agrees thet Leseee may. at her expense, inetall or maintain an
airconditioning unit of eufiiciern capacfty o adequately eervice the demieed
premfees~ and Lessor further agrees to furnfah the requiaite electrical power
to operate euch air canditioner as we~l ae the electrical pawer normally re-
