THIS DEED made the 21st day of May , 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH anT G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
. 230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to ELLA B, TAYLOR
whose post office address is
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof `
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land ~
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 32, SAN LUCIE PLAZA , UNIT 1, ;
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 57, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in ~
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied ~
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 48U; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
