THIS DEED made the llth day of May , 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an~G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to ALAN B, CALLAWAY, as Trustee
whose post office address is ~
Pompano Beach. Florida
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land ~
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: f

Lots 1 through 18, both inclusive, and Lots 33. 34, 35
and 36 , in Block 61; a nd L ots 19 through 32, both in- i
clusive, and Lots 34 and 3 5 in Block 60, ALL being in ~
SAN LUCIE PLAZA, UNIT 1, as recorded in Plat Book ~
5, page 57, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. '
So much of Lots 1 and 36 in Block 61, as lie within 50 feet ~
of the centerline of St. Lucie Boulevard is s pecifically
subject to r eservations in favor of the State of Florida for '
State Road purposes. The remainder of the property
~ hereby conveyed is subject to restrictions, covenants,
reservations and easements of record. .

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. '
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. i

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in ~
all things in and about this conveyance the qrantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
195?, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, excegt taxes accruing subsequent'to December 31., €
