D E E D
THIS DEED made the day of June , 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an . ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to OSCAR K. JOHNSON, a single adult , as
Trustee
whose post office address is 1428 E. Atlantic Blvd.. Pompano Beach, Florida
33060
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

Lots 13 through 24, inclusive, Block 31, SAN LUCIE PLAZA, 1
UNIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 57, ;
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
SUBJECT to reservations, restrictions, covenants and ease-

i with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 23Q, page 480; and that said land~is free
~ of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
