Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County,~Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to ANNA BURDETTE HUFFMAN
whose post office address is 3~49 Northgate Drive. R. 1. Kiss~mmee, Fla.
herein~fter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowl~edged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land j

with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
