hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 1 through 7, inclusive, Block 19, in SAN LUCIE
PLAZA, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 5, page 57, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to restrictions, covenants, reservations and ease-
ments of record. . .

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise.appertaining.

AND the grantors hereby co~enant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
' of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
