Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to RUTH C. CLIFTON
whose post office address is 2651 NE 2 3 Court, Pompano Beach, Florida -33060
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and.in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
