THIS DEED made the 20th day of April , 197 3,
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH an~ G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to ELIZABETH MAE CLIFTON
whose post office address is 2 651 NE 23 Court, Pompar~o Beach, Florida - 33060
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideratians, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
~ situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 1 through 4, inclusive. Block 37, SA1V LU CIE '
PLAZA, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in ~

So much of Lot 1 of Block 37 as lies within 50 feet of the ~

centerline of St. Lucie Boulevard, is specifically subject
to reservation in favor of the State of Florida for State
Road purposes. The remainder of the property hereby ;
conveyed is subject to restrictions, covenants, reservations ~
and easements of record. ;

~ all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
~ with the powers vestPd in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
