THIS DEED made the > 20th day of April , 197 3 ,

ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as surviving
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 195~, recorded in Deed Book
230, gage 480, public records of St. Lucie Connty, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to TV~+'IN ROSE PRODUCE CO.. a co-partnership con-
sisting of Herman Rose and Leonard Rosenberg,
whose post office address is P. O. Box 8 42, Po m pano, Florida - 33060
hereinafter called the grantees:
° WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 1 through 36, inclusive, Block 39, SAN LUCIE
PLAZA, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
So rnuch of Lots 1 and 36 as lie within 50 feet of the
centerline of St. Lucie Boulevard is specifically
subject to reservation in favor of the State of Florida
for State Road purposes. The remainder of the pro-
perty hereby conveyed is subject to restrictions,
covenants, reservations and easements of record.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
~thereto belonging or in-anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in _
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
197 2 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid ~/.~o ~
